Why should I pre-register early?

  • Pre-registration is the first step in bringing a group to OBOC. Only groups that pre-register will receive the registration link to share with their youth and adult participants.
  • It enables us to create a customized OBOC Marketing Tool Kit for you! This kit includes social media posts, bulletin inserts, and flyers.
  • It ensures you're on the mailing list to receive OBOC stickers and brochures.
  • It gives you time to consider how you want to roll out registration on November 1st. Our team is here to help you create a unique plan for your community!

What happens if the conference reaches capacity?

Registration links will be shared on November 1st. Once a conference reaches capacity, it will automatically close and place people onto a waiting list. This is why it's important to have a plan for how you want to roll out the registration at your parish/high school. This way you can ensure that when All Saints Day arrives you are ready to get youth registered!

When will we be billed?

You will not be billed until after each conference!

What if we want to pay early?

Registration officially closes on Ash Wednesday; you can send in payment anytime from Ash Wednesday until your arrival here in the summer. For parishes that don't pay in advance, our business office will simply send you the bill after the conference is over.
