The "One Bread, One Cup" College Ministerial Internship Program is a summer internship opportunity for college students. The internship offers young adults throughout North America an opportunity to participate and be formed in Benedictine tradition.
During the internship, the interns live in an intentional Christian community at a Roman Catholic monastery while studying and ministering at its seminary and school of theology. Interns serve as staff, catechists, and theological reflection group leaders during the "One Bread, One Cup" Summer Conferences.
Interns participate in the daily liturgical life of the Roman Catholic Church and experience a balance of theory and practice in a purposeful Catholic Christian community. Often, participants earn academic credit by completing a required internship or arranging for an independent study.
The College Ministerial Internship Program (CMIP) for “One Bread, One Cup” begins at the end of May and concludes in mid-July. Interns reside at Saint Meinrad for the duration of the internship. Room accommodations and meals are paid for. The CMIP is a paid internship.
The internship dates for 2025 are May 30 – July 15.
The application period for the 2025 College Ministerial Internship Program is now open. Interviews will take place from 12/16 through 12/18.
