The Program for Priestly Formation notes that a seminary "may invite newly and recently ordained (priests) back to reflect on their experience of transition and to engage in mystagogical catechesis that focuses on the rite of ordination and subsequent experiences of ministry." (PPF #370)
Designed for the recently ordained priest, the Associate Pastor Workshop offers a chance to reflect on the first months of priestly life and ministry. Participants engage in continuing formation with the goal of beginning to integrate priestly formation and spirituality into their sacramental configuration to Christ the High Priest.
The sessions offer opportunities for formation, reflection, and individual and communal prayer in the beautiful setting of Saint Meinrad Archabbey and its Seminary and School of Theology.

COST
The Associate Pastor workshop is $1000 per attendee. Saint Meinrad alumni are not charged a fee. Cost of overnight accommodations and meals beyond the scheduled dates, subject to availability, are in addition to the workshop fee for ALL participants. Call by registration deadline for availability and pricing of additional nights' accommodations and meals.

Program fees and material costs
The Institute for Priests and Presbyterates is able to offer workshops and programs at a lower cost due to the generosity of many benefactors. The actual cost per participant for this workshop is considerably higher than the amount charged.
